论高职院校共青团教师团干部如何有效开展思想引领工作

高职院校是培养实用技能型人才的专科院校,众所周知,学生入高职院校的分数门槛要比本科院校低,学生整体素质不是太高,但占大学生的比例却不少,如何做好这个群体的思想引领工作是摆在高职院校共青团工作者面前的一个现实问题,也是一个大难题。很多时候我们把高职院校思想引领工作不好开展的问题归责于学生分数低,素质差。但本文要指出的是我们需要从学校层面、教师自身方面找问题的原因。本文就高职院校共青团思想引领工作的现状以及教师团干部如何有效开展思想引领工作做出简要分析。
