“一带一路”战略下基于需求导向的“法语+”人才培养模式构建

Construction of the Talents Training Mode of “French + ”on the Basis of Demand Orientation under the Strategy of “The Belt and Road”

在我国"一带一路"重大战略部署背景下,烟台市积极参与"一带一路"建设,发展外向型经济。现有的单一型法语人才无法满足区域经济发展的实际需要,实行高素质、国际化、复合应用型法语人才培养机制显得尤为重要。本文通过问卷调查和采访,了解企业需求和法语人才培养现状,结合"一带一路"战略下烟台区域经济发展的新要求,从培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、师资队伍、校企合作等方面,提出了国际化、复合应用型法语人才培养的建议,以期提高学生的市场竞争力,更好地服务区域经济建设,为"一带一路"建设提供人才保障。

Yantai City is taking part in the building of ＂The Belt and Road＂ positively and developing the export - oriented economy under the strategy of ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂. The single - type French talents cannot meet the actual need of the development of regional economy, so it is particularly important to apply the French talents training mechanism of high - quality, internationalization, interdisciplinary and applied type. By way of questionnaire survey and interview, this paper ac- quires the need of enterprises and the current situation of French talents training, and then puts forward the suggestion of train- ing the talents of internationalization, interdisciplinary and applied type from such aspects as training objective, curriculum sys- tem, teaching mode, teaching staff and university- enterprise cooperation in combination with the new requirement of the de- velopment of Yantai＇ s economy. The purpose is to improve the students＇ market competitiveness, serve the regional economy well and provide the guarantee of talents for the building of ＂The Belt and Road＂.
