摘要
图式理论自上世纪末广泛应用于外语教学,尤其是英语阅读理解教学研究中,但其中不乏把图式与知识图式混淆的现象。本文从阅读的目的与本质入手,揭示源于认知心理学的知识图式,即文章内容的背景知识,在L2阅读理解过程中的作用及其局限,并提出相应的解决办法。
Mixed often with knowledge schema, schema theory has been widely applied in the research of foreign language teaching, especially in that of English reading class, since the end of last century. This paper uncovers the functions and limita- tions of knowledge schema ( content schema) originated from cognitive psychology in L2 reading comprehension, and provides relevant solutions to the latter by comparing knowledge schema with schema and introducing the purpose and nature of reading first.
