复合脱霉剂对朗德鹅产肝性、肝抗氧化性及死淘率的影响 被引量:2

Effect of compound mycotoxin adsorbent on Fatty Liver performance,Antioxidation Character and Death rate for Landes Geese

摘要 本试验旨在研究霉菌毒素污染的超饲养日粮中添加脱霉剂对朗德鹅产肝脏性能、肝抗氧化性及死淘率的影响。试验分为对照组1、对照组2和试验组,对照组1饲喂无霉菌毒素污染超饲养日粮;对照组2饲喂霉菌毒素污染超饲日粮;试验组饲喂添加了0.2%复合脱霉剂的霉菌毒素污染超饲日粮,试验周期30 d。试验结果显示:试验组鹅的鲜重比和肝体比对照组2分别提高了33.9%和24.1%;比对照组1分别提高了1.92%和1.73%。试验组鹅肝的超氧化物歧化酶含量比对照组1和2分别提高了15.2%和30.1%;丙二醛含量比对照组1和2降低了8.5%和43.7%。试验组朗没有出现死亡情况,而对照组1和对照组2死亡率分别为2%和31%。试验表明在朗德鹅霉菌毒素污染超饲养日粮中添加复合脱霉剂可以显著提高产肝性能和生长性能。 This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of compound mycotoxin adsor- bent on fatty liver performance and growth performance for Landes Geese. These healthy geese with similar bady weight were selected and randomly divided into 3 treatments. Treatments were control group 1 that was fed with basal diet, control group 2 that was fed with moldy feed, experimental group that was fed with moldy feed and 0.2% compound mycotoxin adsorbent. The trial lasted for 30 days. The results showed that, comparing with control group 1, the liver weight and liver weight to body were increased by 33.9% and 24.1% in experimental group, comparing with control group 2, the liver weight and liver weight to body were increased by 1.92% and 1.73% in experimental group. Comparing with control group 1 and 2, the SOD activity were increased by 15.2% and 30.1%, the MDA content were decreased by 8.5% and 43.7%. There was no death in the experimental group, but the mortality rate of the control group 1 and the control group 2 was 2% and 31%. Compound mycotoxin adsorbent used in the present trial could improved the fatty liver performance and growth performance.
