摘要 热应激能引起哺乳动物早期胚胎发育缺陷或死亡,热休克蛋白70可以通过分子伴侣作用、增加细胞热耐受性、抑制细胞凋亡等途径保护胚胎正常发育。本文综述了热休克蛋白70在哺乳动物早期胚胎发育过程中的表达规律和保护作用及各种研究热休克蛋白70的方法特点。 All kinds of deleterious stress lead early embryos produced in vitro and vivo death or disfigurement. Heat-shock proteins can protect embryos development normally by the roles of mo- lecular chaperones, restraining cellular apoptosis and increasing thermotolerance. This article summarizes the expression and protection of heat-shock protein70 in mammalian early embryonic development, as well as the characteristic of different methods on the research of heat-shock pro- rein70.
