摘要
探明了粮食企业职工粮食安全素质的现状和存在的问题及原因,并为提升粮食企业职工素质提出改进措施。利用问卷调查、量表测试和访谈等形式调研10家粮食企业,了解粮食企业职工的粮食安全意识和知识现状,并对获取的数据和资料进行分析。调研发现:粮食企业人才结构不科学,专业分布不合理;粮食企业职工粮食安全意识有待提高,粮食安全知识总体匮乏。提升粮食企业职工粮食安全素质需要从以下几个方面着手:招聘新职工改变人才布局,重新定义粮食安全法治教育,更新职业培训内容和创新职工结对帮扶制度。
Research purposes: the paper explores the status,the existing problems and the causes of food safety quality of the staff in grain enterprises and puts forward measures to improve the quality of staff.Research technique: 10 food enterprises were investigated by questionnaires,scale tests and interviews so as to get some knowledge about food security awareness and knowledge status of the staff in grain enterprises and data obtained were analyzed.Research results: according to the survey,the talent structure of China's state-owned grain enterprises is unscientific and the distribution of specialty is unreasonable; the food security awareness of the staff in grain enterprises needs improving and the employees' knowledge about food security is deficient in general.Conclusions: the following measures should be taken to improve the food safety quality of the staff in the grain enterprises: when recruiting new workers,the structure of talent should be optimized and the rule of law education on food safety be redefined; the content of vocational training should be updated and the Pair and Help system of staff be innovated.
