摘要
贸易全球化已经成为当今世界经济发展的整体趋势,服务型跨国公司的迅速发展,为东道国带去了先进的服务技术、服务理念以及巨大的服务产品输出和市场扩展,但同时也带来了各种各样的问题和挑战。我国的服务型跨国公司有着特殊的发展背景和较为薄弱的市场基础,在全球服务贸易的大背景下,针对我国服务型跨国公司在全球服务竞争过程中遇到的问题和情况,探讨了我国服务型跨国公司和国际上大型服务型跨国公司之间的差距,分析了背后的深层次原因,提出了整改建议,并对我国的服务贸易和服务业发展提出了发展对策。
The globalization of trade has become the overall trend in the development of today's world economy and the rapid development of service-oriented multinational corporations has brought to the countries which have introduced MNCs not only advanced service technology and ideas,the huge output of service products and the expansion of market scale,but also all kinds of problems and challenges at the same time.The service-oriented MNCs in China have a special development background and a relatively weak market base.Under the background of global service trade,aiming at the problems and situations China's service-oriented multinationals are faced with in the global service competition,the paper probes into the gap between China's serviceoriented multinationals and large international service-oriented multinationals,analyzes the deep-rooted causes of the problems and gaps,puts forward relevant countermeasures for the development of service trade and service industry in China in view of the problems.
