高校创新创业教育生态系统的构成要素及实现机制研究

PROBE INTO THE COMPONENTS AND REALIZATION MECHANISM OF INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION ECOSYSTEM IN COLLEGES &UNIVERSITIES

"大众创业,万众创新"对高校人才培养模式改革提出了新的要求,持续的政策出台和经济投入使得"双创"教育的成效已经初步显现。高校开展创新创业教育必须遵循市场规律,激发市场活力,努力理顺高校、学生、企业、政府和其他要素之间的关系,构建系统化的工作机制。以生态系统观的基本理论为指导,分析了高校创新创业教育中各种要素的构成、内涵及活动模式,厘清了他们之间推动、制约和调控的复杂关系,构建了各个要素之间良性、协同、共生、和谐发展的机制,认为只有这样,才能有效克服各要素之间条块分割的弊端。

The twin engines of ＂ mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ raise new requirements for the reform of the training mode of talents in colleges and universities.Sustainable policy support and economic investment have made effective innovation and entrepreneurship education.The innovation and entrepreneurship education involve adhering to the law of the market,stimulating the vitality of the market,striving to straighten out the relationship among universities,students,enterprises,governments and other elements and building a systematic working mechanism.Guided by the basic theories of ecosystem values,the paper analyzes the components,connotation and activity mode of various elements in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and clarifies the complex relationships of promotion,restriction and regulation among all factors,constructs a mechanism of benign,collaborative,coexisting and harmonious development among all elements,and effectively overcomes the drawbacks of segmentation among all factors.
