地五养肝胶囊是湖北省中医院研发的一种新型复方中药制剂,具有抗炎保肝及调控肝再生作用,用于治疗慢性肝病。地五养肝胶囊是继承中医"生机学说",创新"肝主生发"肝脏象理论提出的新治疗法则,经过系统深入地研究,构建了"补肾生髓成肝"的理论体系。"补肾生髓成肝"可以通过补肾生"骨髓""脑髓"和"精髓"而调控转化生成肝,以维持或促进正常肝脏发生发育和再生修复机制、防止肝再生紊乱机制,从而防治肝脏病证的发生发展。方中茵陈清热利湿、利胆退黄,姜黄破血行气、辛温通络,五味子收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心,甘草和中缓急、通经脉、利血气,同时配以熟地黄甘温补肾而养阴,诸药合用,补肾生髓而成肝。方中各药其有效成分对肝病的治疗及预后有促进作用,且临床应用表明地五养肝胶囊对肝病具有良好的治疗效果,是一种安全有效的治疗肝病的药物。该胶囊前期主要研究其抗慢性肝炎以及其治疗肝纤维化作用,相应抗癌机制研究较少。由于肝纤维化是慢性肝病发展到肝硬变必经之阶段,而肝硬变、慢性感染和炎症反应与肿瘤发生密切相关,因此可以对其抗肝癌作用展开进一步研究。

Diwu Liver-Nourishing Capsule is a new compound Chinese medicine prepared by Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,which has the effect of anti-inflammation and liver protection and regulating liver regeneration,and mainly used for the treatment of chronic liver disease. Diwu Liver-Nourishing Capsule has inherited ＂theory of vitality＂,innovated ＂the theory of liver governing descending and dispersing＂,and constructed the theoretical system of ＂supplementing the kidney for producing bone marrow and nourishing the liver＂after systematic and deep study. ＂Supplementing the kidney for producing marrow and nourishing the liver＂means that by supplementing the kidney to produce bone marrow and brain marrow and essence marrow,the liver can be nourished to sustain or promote the mechanism of liver development and regeneration to prevent the disorder of liver regeneration,so as to prevent and treat the occurrence and development of liver disease. Gancao（Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae） can regulate the stomach and relieve urgency,dredge meridians,promote blood and qi circulation. At the same time,Shudihuang（Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata） can be combined to nourish the kidney and yin with sweet flavor and warm nature. All the above are used together to supplement the kidney for producing marrow and nourishing the liver. The effective components of each medicinal herb in the formula can promote the role of treatment and prognosis of liver disease,and the clinical application shows that Diwu Liver-Nourishing Capsule is a safe and effective drug for treating liver disease. In the early stage of this capsule,it mainly studies its anti chronic hepatitis and its effect on liver fibrosis,and the corresponding anticancer mechanism is seldom studied. Since liver fibrosis is a necessary stage for the development of chronic liver disease to cirrhosis,and liver cirrhosis,chronic infection and inflammatory reaction are closely related to the occurrence of tumor.
