缓慢捻进针法治疗阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observation of Slow Twisting Needle Method in Treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

目的:观察缓慢捻进针法治疗阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的临床疗效,并探讨其治疗机理。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年12月柳州市工人医院呼吸科及五里亭社区卫生服务中心治疗的OSAHS患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。治疗组给予缓慢捻进针法治疗,对照组给予西医经鼻持续气道正压治疗(CPAP)。观察患者在治疗前1天,治疗后1个月多导睡眠监测(PSG)指标和爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表(ESS)指标评分的变化,停止治疗后一个月再分别观察以上指标。结果:治疗组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为90.00%,两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗前后PSG各项指标(AHI、SaO_2)和ESS评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后两组组间比较其各项指标差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后随访1个月治疗组ESS、SaO_2评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:缓慢捻进针法治疗OSHAS有效率虽低于CPAP的治疗,但其疗效维持时间长,能改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of slow twisting needle method on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） and explore its treatment mechanism. Methods： Sixty patients with OSAHS who were treated in Department of Respiration of Liuzhou Worker＇s Hospital and Wuliting Community Health Center between January 2014 and December 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with slow twisting needle therapy and the ones in the control group were treated with Western medicine through nasal continuous positive airway pressure（CPAP）. The changes of polysomnography（PSG）indexes and Ep Voss sleepiness scale（ESS） scores were observed respectively one day before the treatment and one month after the treatment,and the above indexes were observed again one month after stopping the treatment. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 67%,while that of the control group was 90%,and there was no statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy of the two groups（P 0. 05）. PSG indexes（AHI,SaO_2） and ESS scores before and after treatment in both the treatment group and the control group were significantly different（P 0. 05）. After the treatment,the above indexes between the two groups had no significant difference（P 0. 05）. The ESS and SaO_2 scores had significant difference through one month＇s follow-up after the treatment（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The effective rate of slow twisting needle method in treating OSHAS is lower than that of CPAP,but the effective holding time is longer,and can improve the quality of sleep of the patients.
