摘要
本文通过对正常活体兔脑的微波加热实验,观察不同温度的辐射加热对兔脑组织的影响,了解其大体、光学及超微结构改变,发现脑组织能耐受一定的加热而不发生改变,超过一定的温度则发生变性直至坏死。由此推论用44~45℃的微波热疗进行脑内病变治疗是安全可行的。为临床应用CT立体定位技术引导的介入性脑肿瘤微波热疗提供温度控制依据。
The microwave thermotherapy experiment of normal living rabbits brain has been executed. The result of view by optics and electron microscope show that normal brain can beat heating to a degree and over that the degeneration and necrosis will happened. So we conclude that the method using microwave heating to treat brain diseases in 44~45℃may be effective and safe and offer evidence for clinic in CT stereotaxic guide microwave thermotherapy.
