中医穴位刺激联合西医治疗青光眼的护理效果评价

Evaluation of Nursing Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Combination with Western Medicine for Glaucoma

目的:探讨中西医结合以及适当护理干预在青光眼治疗过程中的作用。方法:选取我科收治的青光眼患者82例为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规的西医手术治疗方式,观察组采取中医穴位刺激结合西医治疗同时实施适当的护理干预方式。结果:观察组患者使用穴位刺激器以及适当的护理干预后,左右眼治疗后立即测、30分钟后测、60分钟后测的眼压明显低于治疗前的眼压水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而对照组患者的左眼眼压在这些时间点上并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医穴位刺激联合西医治疗同时辅以适当的护理干预可以在青光眼的治疗当中起到良好的效果,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and appropriate nursing intervention in glaucoma treatment. Method： Eighty-two patients with glaucoma treated in our department were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated by conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine acupoint stimulation combined with western medicine,and appropriate nursing intervention was implemented at the same time. [Result]： The IOP of the observation group was measured immediately after the acupoint stimulator and the appropriate nursing intervention, and the intraocular pressure was measured again in 30 minutes and 60 minutes. The intraocular pressure of the observation group immediately after treatment and 30 minutes, 60 minutes after treatment were significant lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. Whereas there was no significant difference among the intraocular pressure in the left eye of the control group at these time points（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Chinese medicine acupoint stimulation combined with western medicine treatment combined with appropriate nursing intervention can play a good effect in the treatment of glaucoma and improve the quality of life of patients.
