摘要
为了研究钢纤维混凝土中钢纤维与骨料粒径匹配关系及相关性能的影响,进行了不同粒径的骨料、不同纤维体积掺量的钢纤维混凝土配合比试验。制作了圆柱体轴心抗压强度试件,通过试验得到轴心抗压强度,分析各项试验数据,结果表明,随着钢纤维掺量的增加以及骨料粒径的增大,混凝土的轴心抗压强度均有显著的提高;分析并建立相应数学模型,为今后钢纤维混凝土理论研究提供了参考价值。
In order to study the relationship between the grain size matching of steel fiber and aggregate and the relative performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete, the mix proportion test of steel fiber concrete with different size aggregate and different fiber volume is carried out.Make the cylinder axial compressive strength of specimens obtained by axial compressive strength test, analysis of the experimental data, results show that with the increasing of the size increase of steel fiber and aggregate, the compressive strength of concrete were improved significantly.Analyzed and established the corresponding mathematical model, provides the reference value for the steel fiber reinforced concrete theoretical study.
