摘要
通过采用大掺量矿物掺合料制备清水混凝土,系统研究了胶凝材料与矿物掺合料对力学性能的影响,并根据不同矿物掺合料掺量条件下胶凝材料用量与28 d抗压强度关系线性回归得到不同强度等级混凝土的推荐配合比。试验结果表明:当矿物掺合料种类相同时,矿物掺合料掺量越大,清水混凝土后期强度增长幅度越大;在矿物掺合料占胶凝材料总量的40%,其中硅灰掺量为3%时,清水混凝土抗压强度值最大,最大值达到了72.7 MPa。
By use of using high volume mineral admixturesof cementitious to making fair-faced concrete, researching the effect of ce- mentitious material and mineral admixture on mechanical properties of fair-faced concrete.And according to the different mineral admix- ture dosage conditions under the conditions of the amount of cementing material and 28 days compressive strength linear regression of dif- ferent strength grade concrete recommended mix ratio.The research results show that when the mineral admixture of the same species,the greater the amount of mineral admixture, the higher the strength of the late growth of concrete.When the mineral admixture accounts for 40% of the total amount of cementitious materials, where the silica fume content of 3%, the maximum compressive strength of fair-faced concrete reached 72.7 MPa.
