摘要
基于水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的试验研究,试验表明,掺加渗透结晶型防水材料混凝土的裂缝经养护后,裂缝宽度减小显著,随渗透结晶型防水材料掺量的不断增长,混凝土开始出现显著的裂缝自动愈合现象,如果在水凝总用量当中,渗透结晶防水材料的比例为1.15%时,混凝土已经具备了良好的裂缝自愈合能力。根据前期试验结果,在某建筑地下室墙体混凝土裂缝中,将水泥基渗透结晶防水材料按照5.83 kg/m^3配成胶泥对裂缝进行封缝、灌浆和刷涂,其中宽度沿裂缝向两边各进行201 mm的沿伸,满足了结构的使用要求。
Experimental study on cement based permeable crystallization type waterproof material based on experiments showed that adding CCCW concrete crack through the maintenance, the crack width decreases significantly, with CCCW contentincrease, self-healing concrete cracks and the effect is very obvious,the permeable crystalline waterproof material mount 1.15% of the amount of cement,con- crete has good crack self-healing ability.According to the previous results, the wall in the basement of a building of concrete cracks in the cement based capillary crystalline waterproof material in 5.83 kg/m^3 with cement for cracks sealing, filling and brushing, the width of each 201 mm to both sides along the stretch along the crack, to meet the requirements of structure.
