摘要
通过配制19组70.7 mm×70.7 mm×70.7 mm的活性粉末混凝土(RPC)立方体试块,研究了水胶比、硅灰、矿渣粉、减水剂掺量、钢纤维体积掺量及聚丙烯纤维体积掺量对活性粉末混凝土的强度和流动度的影响。依据试验结果确定出强度和流动性较好的活性粉末混凝土最佳配合比,并提出了配合比计算公式,为活性粉末混凝土的应用提供参考。
The influences of water-to-binder ratio,the dosage of silica fume, slag,water reducing agent steel fiber and polypropylene fiber on the strength and fluidity of reactive powder concrete were researched through preparing 19 groups of cubic specimens with the size of 70.7 mmx70.7 minx70.7 mm.The best mix proportion with better strength and fluidity is selected based on the test results, and the mix proportion calculation formula is presented which provides reference data for application of RPC.
