摘要
唐文治先生晚年发挥阳明学,希望借由阳明学“救人心”与“救国”。他对阳明思想的阐释,重视发挥“知觉”义,以此强调良知的“活泼泼”,强调良知的生机、作用,对知觉的强调也使良知有了容纳西方科学的可能。他对良知的阐发,与阳明学本身重德性并不完全一致,而强调德性与知性的互动,扩大了良知的范围。他对“良知”的阐发,具有熔冶朱王的特点,这一特色的形成与他独特的为学历程有关,也与他对性理学的理解、对当时时代的把握有关。他对阳明的思想阐发,落脚点是“理学救国”。
