摘要
辛香中药临床应用广泛,在结肠病证的干预治疗中疗效明确,与其辛窜通络、芳香悦脾、激阳祛湿的功效特性有关,肠道菌是其效应的关键环节。研究证实,辛香中药及其他芳香物质干预炎症性肠病可有效延缓结肠炎癌演化进程,其机制与嗅觉受体在结肠上皮细胞内高表达密切相关。除中药口服与肠道直接接触外,"鼻-脑-肠"轴可能是辛香中药发挥效应的另一重要路径。鼻腔菌群、口腔菌群、肠道菌群间相互的微生物纠缠,应当是辛香中药干预结肠炎癌转化的共同效应部位。
Spicy Chinese medicine widely used in clinical, and has good effect on colorectal disease because of its efficacy charac- teristics such as dredging meridian, aromaing spleen and warming yang to dampness. Intestinal flora is key point which Spicy Chinese medicine target to. Research confirmed that Spicy Chinese medicine and some kind of incense can intervent inflammatory bowel disease even can effectively delay the progression of colorectal cancer, because the olfactory receptors has high expression in colonic epithelial ceils, except the oral administration the traditional intestinal absorption method, the "naso-brain-intestine" axis may be another important way for the spicy Chinese medicine to exert its effect. The entanglement of microorganisms in the nasal flora, oral flora and gut flora should be the common site of the intervention of the spicy Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
