摘要
本研究旨在探讨不同谷草转氨酶(AST)浓度人群接受高强度抗阻运动后血液红细胞(RBC)指标变化差异和AST浓度与血红蛋白指标关系。本研究招募50名无运动习惯的大学生为受试者,空腹采血检测谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、血肌酐等红细胞相关指标,按照血液中AST浓度分成高低两组,进行单次85%最大肌力的抗阻运动,运动后再次采血检测AST、ALT、血肌酐、红细胞相关指标。前测中血液中AST浓度较高组有较高的ALT浓度,而且在经过单次抗阻运动后,HA组的红细胞分布宽度、平均红细胞体积及血肌酐变化量显着高于LA组,HA组的平均红细胞血红蛋白、红细胞平均血蛋白浓度变化量显着低于LA组。本研究认为有较高的AST水平的者,红细胞分布宽度会在高强度抗阻运动后增加,可能代表处在较高氧化压力或发炎状态下的红细胞,较易因高强度抗阻运动而破坏。
This research was aimed to investigate the differences of red blood cell(RBC)index changes in different aspartate transaminase(AST)after people did high-intensity resistance exercise,and the relationship between AST concentration and hemoglobin index.In this study,50 sedentary college students were selected as subjects,AST,ALT,CRE and other related RBC indexes were detected and analyzed by collecting fasting blood samples.Subjects were divided into two groups in terms of different AST concentrations and each group was asked to do single resistance exercise with 85%maximal muscle strength.After exercise,AST,ALT,CRE and other related RBC indexes were detected and analyzed again by collecting blood.In the former test,HA group with higher AST content had a higher concentration of ALT.After single resistance exercise,it was found that the variation of RDW,MCV and CRE in HA group was significantly higher than those in LA group,and the variation of MCH and MCHC in HA group was significantly lower than those in LA group.This research showed that RDW would increase after high-intensity resistance exercise for people who had higher AST content,which might indicate that RBC under the condition of higher oxidation pressure or inflammation would be easily damaged after high-intensity resistance movement.
