摘要
针对EML340型连续采煤机的性能特点及使用工况,阐述了连续采煤机用防爆电机的发热原因,并分析了防爆电机各种冷却方式的特点。重点推导了连续采煤机用防爆水冷却电机的发热量、温升的具体计算公式,对防爆电机水冷却系统的冷却系统管路进行了设计计算,给出了冷却水总流量、实际温升以及冷却水流速的计算公式,并以EML340型连续采煤机的截割机构用防爆水冷电机为例进行了实际的计算与验证,并总结得出连续采煤机用防爆水冷却电机的优点。
Aiming at the performance characteristics and operating conditions of EML340 continuous miner,the author introduces the causes for overheating of explosion-proof motor in EML340 continuous miner, and analyzes the characteristics of various cooling modes of the motor. Deduces the calculation formula of the heat and the temperature rise of the motor,and calculates the calculation formula of the water cooling system. The calculation formula of the total cooling water flow rate,the actual temperature rise and the cooling water flow rate is given. The explosion-proof water-cooled motor for cutting mechanism of EML340 continuous shearer is calculated and verified,finally,the advantages of explosion-proof water cooling motor for continuous shearer are concluded.
