摘要
为了实现井架组装技术与现代化矿井建设密切配合,进一步提高大型箱型井架组装工艺和安装技术水平,加快箱型井架施工工期,降低成本,减少劳动强度,使组装满足安全性和合理性要求,全面介绍了淮北矿业集团工程建设公司成功采用箱型井架汽车吊翻转法施工技术,实现了工艺成熟,安全可靠,质量稳定,经济合理的成效。该技术成果可为箱型井架组装和起吊施工技术提供参考。
With the development of modern mine construction,large box-shaped steel derrick is widely used. In order to realize the combination of derrick assembly technology and the modern mine construction,in order to improve the level of large box-shaped derrick assembly technology,and to speed up the construction period of box derrick,reduce the cost and the labor intensity, so as to meet the safety demand and rationality requirements, we have successfully applied the technology of the box crane derrick construction, which is mature, safe, reliable and economic. The technology can promote the technology of box derrick assembly and crane construction of box crane derrick.
