高瓦斯易自燃煤层采空区自燃与瓦斯综合防治研究 被引量:10

摘要 阐述了高瓦斯易自燃煤层采空区自燃与瓦斯灾害难题,以N2202工作面为工程背景,通过室内实验、数值模拟和井下工业性试验等手段,研究了注入CO_2气体进行防治采空区自燃发火以及提高瓦斯抽采效率综合方法技术。结果说明,CO_2气体的注入使得采空区内CH_4气体浓度梯度分布向采空区深部移动,采空区中窒息带范围增大,进而减小了采空区氧化自燃的可能性;同时,采空区内原吸附于煤体中的部分CH_4气体被置换出来,提高了采空区内游离状态瓦斯浓度,使瓦斯抽采浓度由原平均浓度35.61%增高至49.25%。研究成果为高瓦斯易自燃煤层采空区综合防治提供了一定借鉴意义。 The goaf spontaneous combustion and gas disaster problems in high gas coal spontaneous combustion are expounded,with N2202 working face as the engineering background,through lab experiment,numerical simulation and industrial experiments and other means, a comprehensive technology is studied, using CO_2 gas injection to prevent spontaneous combustion in goaf and improve the efficiency of gas drainage. The results show that CO_2 gas injection makes the gob of CH_4 gas concentration gradient move to the deep goaf,increase the suffocation zone range,and reduce the possibility of goaf spontaneous combustion; and part of the CH_4 gas adsorbed in coal body of the original goaf is replaced and released,which improves the free gas concentration in goaf,and increase the concentration of CH_4 gas extraction from35. 61% to 49. 25%. The research results provide certain reference significance for comprehensive prevention and control of goaf in high gas spontaneous combustion seam.
