摘要
针对现有的破碎锤折展机构使用过程中,破碎锤钎杆的摆动角度大于5°,严重影响了破碎锤的工作效率和使用寿命的实际问题。文章基于破碎锤伸展过程中的三个特殊位置,利用作图法设计了全新的破碎锤折展机构,该机构可以使破碎锤沿直线伸出或收回,文中给出了单独调整摇臂-Ⅰ和摇臂-Ⅱ长度的具体措施。以某型号破碎锤为例,应用文章所述设计方法设计了破碎锤折展机构,破碎锤在展开的最后200mm行程内,钎杆角度变化量为0.24°,钎杆顶点沿钎杆径向方向的最大位移为3.61mm,满足破碎锤使用要求。
As the swinging angle of breaking hammer in current folding mechanisms is greater than 5°,which seriously affects working efficiency and service life of the breaking hammer. Aiming at this problem,using the three special positions of the breaking hammer, a new kind of breaking hammer folding mechanism is designed using drawing method. The mechanism can extend or retract the breaking hammer in a straight line. The measures for adjusting the length of the rod-Ⅰand rod-Ⅱ are given. Based on the example of a breaking hammer,the breaking hammer folding mechanisms is designed by the design approach is described. In the post-200 mm travel,angle variation of drill rod is 0. 24°, the maximum displacement the of the top point of drill rod is 3. 61 mm along the radial direction of the drill rod, these indicators meet the requirements of breaking hammer.
