摘要
地区碳排放核算是开展碳排放控制，进行碳排放责任划分的基础。电力行业作为碳排放的主要来源，在地区碳排放核算中起着重要作用，因此，进行地区电力行业碳排放测算和碳排放特点分析十分必要。文章在对电力碳排放核算范围和核算方法界定的基础上，以云南省为例，根据2005--2014年云南省电力数据进行云南省电力消费碳排放测算及碳排放特点分析，以期对地区电力行业碳排放核算方法、电力行业碳排放特点进行探静性研究。
Regional carbon accounting is the basis of carbon control and responsibility division. As the primary source, it is still essential to conduct the carbon emission analysis in power industry for its major roles in carbon emission accounting. Carbon emission from power consumption in Yunnan Province is calculated during 2005-2014 under the background of the delimitation of range and method determination, after the emission characteristics are analyzed, which would inaugurate a vast prospect and new research direction in the study of power industry carbon emission.
