摘要
为适应低碳经济发展,需对低碳经济能源产业结构进行合理评价。文章将最小广义距离和粗糙集的概念引入产业结构评价中,该方法能对低碳经济模式下的能源产业结构提供更加合理的评价。通过模型构建与方法选择,文章的评价方法既尊重客观数据事实,又考虑了研究者的主观经验,因此对低碳经济能源产业结构评价更加准确。通过该评价方法可知,我国的低碳经济发展势头良好,环境、资源、经济三者协调发展的模式正在逐步形成。
In order to adapt to the development of low-carbon economy and evaluate the structure of low-carbon economy energy industry reasonably, this paper introduces the concept of minimum generalized distance and rough set into the evaluation of industrial structure, and provides a more reasonable evaluation of energy industry structure in low-carbon economy mode. By means of the model construction and method selection, the evaluation method of this article not only respects the fact of objective data, but also takes the subjective experience of the researcher into account, so it is more accurate to evaluate the structure of low energy economy energy industry. Through our evaluation methods we can see that China's low-carbon economy has a good momentum of development, and the coordinated development model of environment, resources and economy is gradually formed.
