沿海城市“港口经济—低碳经济”共生的定量评价——以唐山为例

The Quantitative Research on the Symbiotic Relationships of Port Economy and Low Carbon Economy in Coastal City: Taking Tangshan as an Example

复合系统各子系统协同共生关系具有相互连续、复杂耦合的特点，各子系统协调共生才能实现整体优化。沿海城市的港口经济与低碳经济互动性强，是协同共生关系的典型领域。文章首先用因子分析法评价了沿海城市港口经济子系统与低碳经济子系统的综合发展水平，然后分别从静态和动态的角度构建复合系统共生度模型和共生趋势模型，最后以河北省唐山市为例进行了具体测算，并阐述了相应的政策含义。

Each subsystem of the compound system has the characteristics of mutual continuity and complex coupling, so it needs to coordinate with each other for symbiosis to achieve the overall optimization. The interaction between the port economy and low carbon economy of coastal city is highly strong, and it is a typical field of building the collaborative symbiotic relationship. Firstly, the paper evaluates the comprehensive development level of port economy subsystem and low carbon economy subsystem by the method of factor analysis, and then builds the symbiotic degree model and symbiotic trend model of the compound system from the perspective of both static and dynamic respectively. Lastly, the paper makes the specific calculation taking the example of Tangshan and expounds the corresponding policy implications.
