摘要
以182家重污染企业为研究对象,运用结构方程模型实证研究自愿型环境规制对企业绩效的影响路径,研究显示:自愿型环境规制能够对企业绩效产生积极影响,其中绿色管理起着中介作用,管理认知通过绿色管理对企业绩效起作用。研究有利于引导我国企业加强绿色管理,并为我国大力推行自愿型环境规制提供理论依据。
This paper uses heavy polluting industry as an example, and studies the paths of voluntary environmental regulation on firms' performance by the structural equation model. The results show the impact of voluntary environmental regulation on firms' performance is achieved by managerial perception and green management, green management plays an intermediary role, and managerial perception plays a role between enterprise performance and green management. The study will help guide firms to strengthen green management, to provide theoretical and practical basis for the implementation of voluntary environmental regulation in China.
