中国区域城市行为与环境耦合协调性的时空演变分析

The Analysis of the Spatial and Temporal Evolution of the Coupling Coordination between the Regional Urban Behavior and the Environment in China

城市行为与城市环境耦合协调发展是城市高质量可持续发展的重要保障。利用耦合协调理论模型及2008--2015年中国省级层面数据，对城市生产行为与城市生活行为之间、城市生态环境与城市空间环境之间、城市行为与城市环境之间的耦合协调性进行测度，分析其时空演变规律。研究结果显示，测度期内的城市生产行为与城市生活行为耦合协调性取得了明显改善，但仍存在重视城市生产行为、忽视以民生改善衡量的城市生活行为问题，该问题的显著度从东向西逐渐增强。城市生态环境与城市空间环境耦合协调性不存在明显的空间分布差异，加大资金投入能有效改善生态环境，土地资源的稀缺性抑制了空间环境发展。城市行为与城市环境之间的耦合协调性虽逐年改善，但存在区域差异，呈现出由东向西递减的空间分布规律。

The coupling coordination between the urban behavior and the urban environment is an important guarantee for the urban high-quality and sustainable development. By using the Coupling Coordination Theory Model and analyzing the provincial data in China from 2008 to 2015, the coupling coordination between the urban production behavior and the urban life behavior, between the urban ecological environment and the urban space environment, and between the urban environment and the urban behavior is measured, and its law of the spatial and temporal evolution is analyzed. The research results show that the coupling coordination between the urban production behavior and the urban life behavior within the measurement period has been improved significantly. However, there are still some problems such as ignoring the urban life behavior measured through the improvement of the people＇s livelihood when paying more attention to the urban production behavior. The significant degree gradually increases from the east to the west. There is no obvious spatial distribution difference in the coupling coordination between the urban ecological environment and the urban spatial environment. The increase of the capital input is conductive to the improvement of the ecological environment. The scarcity of land resources inhibits the development of the spatial environment. The coupling coordination between the urban behavior and the urban environment is improved year by year, but there are some regional differences with the spatial distribution law of decreasing from the east to the west.
