技术体制动态演变与知识产权开发模式匹配:一个理论分析框架

Dynamic Evolution of Technological Regimes and the Choices of Exploitation Mode of Intellectual Property

企业研发创新的目的不是创造更多知识产权,而是通过知识产权获取最大价值。如何获取这些价值取决于企业知识产权开发战略模式选择和价值实现策略。技术体制作为知识产权,尤其是专利开发战略选择的关键影响因素,在创新过程的不同阶段体现不同的特征。本文在分析技术体制特征对专利应用逻辑的影响以及技术体制在创新过程中动态演变的基础上,提出了知识产权开发的三种战略模式:开放战略、协调战略与专属战略,并进一步阐述了实现知识产权财务价值、战略价值和防御价值的具体开发策略。研究成果对于企业知识产权开发和利用实践具有重要的借鉴意义。

The aim of enterprises＇ RD and innovation is realizing the maximum commercial values,more than creating more intellectual property.How to realize the commercial value of intellectual property depends on the selected exploitation mode of the intellectual property and the enterprise strategy of value realization.As a key influencing factor of intellectual property,especially patent optimal development strategy,technical system embodies different characteristics in different stages of innovation process.Based on the analysis of the influence of technical regimes characteristics on the logic of patent application and the dynamic evolution of technological regimes in the process of innovation,this paper proposes three strategic modes of intellectual property development：open strategy,coordination strategy and exclusive strategy,and further elaborates the specific development strategy of financial value,strategic value and defensive value of intellectual property.The study is a valuable reference to the development and utilization of enterprise intellectual property.
