微创经皮钢板固定技术联合锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨干骺端骨折对疗效、骨折愈合时间及并发症的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:分析MIPPO(微创经皮钢板固定技术)、LCP(锁定加压钢板)联合治疗胫骨干骺端骨折的效果。方法:2014年2月-2016年12月,于笔者所在医院收治的胫骨干骺端骨折患者中选取100例,随机将其分为两组,超关节外固定支架术为对照组患者治疗方式,微创经皮钢板固定技术+锁定加压钢板内固定术为观察组患者治疗方式,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组优良率94%,对照组为60%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MIPPO、LCP联合治疗胫骨干骺端骨折的效果显著,值得推广。 Objective: To analyze the effect of the minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO) and locking compression plate fixation(LCP) in the treatment of tibial metaphyseal fractures.Method: From February 2014 to December 2016, 100 cases of tibial metaphyseal fractures in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into two groups, over articular external fixation operation for treatment of patients in the control group, the minimally invasive pereutaneous plate osteosynthesis and locking compression plate fixation for the treatment of patients in the observation group, the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Result: The excellent rate of the observation group was 94%, the control group was'60%, there was significant difference(P〈O.05), the observation group fracture healing time was shorter than the control group, the complication rate was lower than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The combined treatment of MIPPO and LCP in the treatment of tibial metaphyseal fractures have significant effect, are worth of the promotion.
