滚针拔罐联合腰痛汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Clinical Study on Needle Roller Cupping in Combination with Modified Yaotong Tang Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察滚针拔罐联合腰痛汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将门诊符合标准的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为滚针拔罐组、中药组、联合组3组,每组40例。针刺组患者给予滚针拔罐治疗,中药组给予腰痛汤加减治疗,联合组给予滚针拔罐联合腰痛汤加减治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分及有效率综合评价治疗效果。结果:联合组治疗后VAS结果明显低于滚针拔罐组和中药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后直腿抬高试验评分明显优于滚针拔罐组和中药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组临床有效率为90.0%,滚针拔罐组临床有效率为77.5%,中药组临床有效率为77.5%,联合组显著优于滚针拔罐组和中药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滚针拔罐联合腰痛汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,可以有效改善患者疼痛症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of prolapse of lumbar disc herniation（LDH） with needle roller cupping in combination with modified Yaotong Tang.Methods：120 patients of prolapse of LDH were divided into needle roller cupping group,traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） group,and combination group according to the arriving sequence of patients,with40 patients in each group.Patients in needle roller cupping group received acupuncture and cupping for treatment;those in TCM group received modified Yaotong Tang for treatment;and those in combination group received acupuncture,cupping and modified Yaotong Tang for treatment.Visual analogue scale（VAS） scoring and effectiveness rate were adopted for assessment for comprehensive assessment of treatment effect.Results：After treatment,VAS score of combination group was significantly lower than those of needle roller cupping group and TCM group,and the difference was of statistical significance（P0.05）.After treatment,the effect of straight-leg raising test of combination group was significantly better than those of needle roller cupping group and TCM group,and the difference was of statistical significance（P0.05）.The clinical effective rate was 90.0% in the combination group,77.5% in the needle roller cupping group and 77.5% in the traditional Chinese medicine group.The combination group was significantly better than the other two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of needle roller cupping and Yaotong Tang can achieve a remarkable treatment effect for prolapse of LDH and can alleviate patient＇s pain symptoms effectively.
