摘要
本文总结了中国医学科学院输血研究所(输血所)PI制实施3年的效果和经验,通过分析输血医学科研管理和项目负责人制度(PI制)的特点,从对PI制实施前后该所科研项目、成果产出情况的对比中发现:PI制在输血所作为1种科研管理模式推动了输血所的科技工作发展,激发了该所科研人员的积极性,促进了该所科技创新能力的快速提升。PI制或将成为1种新形势下适合输血医学科研特点的组织管理模式。
This article analyzed the effect of Principal investigator(PI) systems according to its performance of scientific research outcomes. Taking The Institute of Blood Transfusion CAMS(IBT),as an example,the outcomes of project achievements,the output profits,and cooperation status before and after the implementation of scientific research works under PI systems. The results show that PI system works so good and so productive which is a kind of scientific research management mode to promote the development of scientific achievements. This implies that PI management model in line with the characteristics of blood transfusion research and development,is conducive to stimulate the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel,is conducive to promoting transfusion medicine with a rapid speed of increasing science and technology innovation ability. And it reveals that the PI management model may be an effective system under the new situation of science and technology development.
