基于DMA的聚脲和半聚脲涂层性能研究

Study on the properties of polyurea and semi-polyurea coating by DMA

摘要 以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体,聚天冬氨酸酯、胺类扩链剂和聚醚多元醇为主要原料制备了聚脲(PUA)和半聚脲(PUR)两种涂层,采用动态热力学分析(DMA)对比了两涂层的动态力学性能、热性能,并预测了不同频率下涂层的储能模量和阻尼性能。结果表明:PUA的储能模量较PUR大,两者数值相差约1.5倍。PUA和PUR的玻璃化温度分别为105℃和30℃,PUA涂层具有更好的耐热性能。PUA涂层在10^-5-10^13 Hz表现出良好的阻尼性能(tanδ峰值达1.25),PUR在1-10^9 Hz频率下阻尼性能良好(tanδ峰值达0.8)。PUA的可用频率范围宽、损耗因子峰值大,阻尼效果好。 The polyureea(PUA)and semi-polyurea(PUR)coatings were prepared with hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer,polyaspartic acid ester,amine chain extender and polyether polyol as the main raw materials. The dynamic mechanical properties and thermal properties of the two coatings were compared by DMA. The storage modulus and damping properties of the coatings at different frequencies were predicted. The results showed that the storage modulus of PUA was larger than that of PUR,and the difference between the two values was about 1.5 times. The PUA and PUR glass transition temperatures were 105 ℃ and 30 ℃,respectively. The PUA coating had better heat resistance. The PUA coating showed good damping at 10^(-5)-10^(13) Hz(tan δ peak value of 1.25)and PUR exhibited good damping at 1-109 Hz(tan δ peak value of 0.8). The PUA had wide available frequency range,high loss factor peak value and good damping effect.
