环氧树脂增韧固化剂的合成与性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以聚硫橡胶、乙二胺为原料合成了新的环氧树脂固化剂(简称DAJL),通过力学性能测试研究了其用量对环氧固化产物性能的影响。结果表明,随着DAJL用量的增加,环氧树脂固化物的拉伸强度、弯曲强度均有所下降,冲击强度先增大后减小,当DAJL的质量分数为20%时,冲击强度达到最大(3.50 k J/m^2),韧性较好,同时其他力学强度较高。冲击端口的SEM照片表明,DAJL固化剂的加入可以引发银纹,吸收冲击能,终止裂纹扩散。 A new epoxy curing agent(DAJL) was synthesized from polysulfide rubber and ethylenediamine. The effects of its dosage on the properties of the epoxy cured product were studied by mechanical property test. The results showed that with the increasing of DAJL dosage,the tensile strength and flexural strength of cured epoxy resin were all decreased and the impact strength was firstly increased and then decreased. The impact strength of the cured product with DAJL content of 20 wt% reached the maximum(3.50 k J/m2),the product had better toughness and other mechanical strengthes were higher. The SEM images of the impact fracture showed that addition of DAJL curing agent could initiate silver grain,absorb impact energy and terminate crack propagation.
