我国学界围绕城市民族工作展开研究已有30年历史,学术研究成绩在于界定了城市民族工作概念、形成有关城市民族工作理论,尤其是关于城市少数民族流动人口服务管理和社会融入方面成果颇丰。本文从城市民族工作理论研究、实证研究、城市少数民族流动人口、学科交叉等四个方面梳理归纳,总结30年来城市民族工作研究达成的理论共识和成果,探讨未来城市民族工作研究的方向。

From such 4 aspects as theoretical research on urban national work, empir-ical study, urban ethnic nationality flowing population and subject intersection, the paper summarized the the-oretical consensus and achievements clinched on the research of urban national work for the past 30 years, dis-cussed the research direction of the future urban national work.
