在概述日本博士研究生资助体系的基础上,归纳其政府主导的资助形式多元化,大学自主的资助模式多样化,学科门类引发的资助对象差异化的特点。日本在发放贷学金,聘用教学、科研助理,科研资助以及加强与民间组织合作等方面,对我国博士研究生资助体系建设具有启示作用。

This paper, based on discussing the funding system for doctoral students in Japan, sums up its characteristics： the diversified fimding form dominated by government, the varied funding model of college autonomy, and the differentiation of subsidized objects trigged by disciplines fields. The funding system for doctoral students in Japan has the enlightening role to the construction of the funding system in our country in the following aspects： issuing student loans, employing teaching and research assistants, taking research funding and strengthening the cooperation with non-governmental organizations.
