Since the reform and opening up, the growth path of law in China has a distinct historical track. It has far-reaching significance to explore the development path of the law in China. This paper analyzes the development path of nomology in China, explores the basic development condition of nomology since the reform and opening up, summarizes and clarifies the main research issues during the research period as well as the height, depth and breadth of the research in the contemporary era, and tries to grasp the possible trend of homology in China.
