城市化进程下大连市农民工培训体系的构建

The Construction of the Training System for Peasant Workers in Dalian city under the Urbanization Process

农民工群体是城市化进程中的重要驱动力,农民工生产力质量的提升,是推动城市化进程良性发展的关键。通过对城市化进程下农民工培训方向进行探究,来分析城市化进程下农民工培训现状及不足。从调整农民工培训体系的构建方向、创新农民工培训体系的培训内容、优化农民工培训体系的培训方式三个层面,提出城市化进程下农民工培训体系的构建路径,并对具体的实施策略进行论述。达成从优化农民工生产力结构的角度,推动大连市城市化进程的研究目的。

The group of peasant workers is an important driving force in the process of urbanization, and improving peasant workers＇ productivity quality is the key to promoting the benign development of urbanization. This paper explores the direction of training peasant workers in the process of urbanization, analyzes the current situation and shortage of peasant workers training in the process of urbanization, puts forward the path of constructing peasant workers training system under the urbanization process and discusses the concrete implementation strategy from the following aspects： to adjust the construction direction, to innovate training content, and to optimize the training model. This study aims at promoting the urbanization process of Dalian city from the perspective of optimizing the productivity structure of peasant workers.
