福建自贸区人才培养现状与对策研究

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Talent Cultivation in Fujian Free Frade Areas

国务院于2014年12月设立中国(福建)自由贸易试验区,福建省为推进自贸区建设,将相关的人才培养计划提上了日程。分析福建地区的人才发展现状,发现存在人才总量不足、结构不合理和高层次人才紧缺等问题。根据目前存在的问题,从需求分析、完善制度、保障模式等方面提出相对应的对策。

In December 2014, the state council established a pilot free trade zone in China （Fujian）, and Fujian province puts the relevant talent training program on the agenda to promote the construction of free trade zones. This paper analyzes the current situation of talent development in Fujian province, and finds that there are some problems such as inadequate total talent, unreasonable structure and shortage of high-level talents. According to the existing problems, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of the demand analysis, system pefection and guarantee model, etc.
