协同监督视角下高校工会经审工作机制研究

Study on Working Mechanism of College Trade Union under the Supervision of Cooperative Supervision

我国高校的工会经审工作存在一些问题,即高校工会经审的工作机制不完善、经审人员队伍建设不配套、经审成果难以得到有效实现、高校工会经审的方式单调。为解决这些问题,需充分发挥高校工会经审参与的各方作用,共同监督管理好高校工会的经审工作。

There exist some problems in the economic examination work for college unions like imperfect working mechanism, unmatched team construction of audit staff, ineffectively implemented results, monotonous working methods and so on. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to give full play to the roles of economic examination work for college unions so as to supervise and manage the work.
