新时期随着社会经济的转型发展,高校人才培养模式也在发生深刻变化,积极构建创新创业人才培养体系对推动高校教育改革与创新、提高大学生创新创业能力、促进创新型国家建设具有重要意义。因此,高校应重视相关专业课程的设计,完善现有的师资队伍,组织多元化的实践活动,广泛开展校企合作,并打造孵化平台,切实为创新创业人才培养提供强有力的支持。

With the transformation of the social economy development in the new period, the training model in instutions of higher learning also undergoes the profound change. Actively building innovative entrepreneurship talent training system is of great significance to promoting college education reform and innovation, to improving the college students＇ ability of innovative undertaking, and to promoting the construction of an innovative country. Therefore, what instutions of higher learning should do is to pay attention to the design of relevant professional courses, to improve the existing teaching staff, to organize diversified practice, to extensively carry out university-enterprise cooperation, to bulid the incubation platform, and to provide strong support for the creative talents training.
