近年来,日趋严峻的就业问题,已成为影响经济建设、社会稳定的重要因素。随着互联网的普及和发展,将网络与大学生的职业指导工作进行有效衔接对解决大学生的就业问题具有重要意义。以"互联网+"的兴起和应用为研究背景,将大学生就业教育的微观动态需求和"互联网+"理念相结合,探索当下毕业生精准就业帮扶新模式。

In recent years, the increasingly severe employment problem has become the important factor affecting economic construction and social stability. With the popularization and development of the Intemet, building the effective connection between the network and the career guidance for college students has great significance to solving college students＇ employment problem. This paper, taking the rise and application of ＂Internet ＋＂ as the research background, explores the new model of precise assistance employment for graduates by combining the micro dynamic demand and the ＂Interact ＋＂ concept in the employment education for college students.
