摘要
通过调查发现,我国大学生对元认知策略认知不足,造成在英语学习方法与学习心理上都有很大的提升空间。基于此,建议英语教师在转变课堂教学方法和理念下,做到以学生为本,训练学生评价和监督的能力,以此来提高大学生英语元认知策略使用能力,进而帮助更多的大学生不断提高英语能力。
It is found through the investigation that Chinese college students have insufficient cognition in metacognitive strategies, and thus leaving great improvement in the English learning method and learning psychology. Based on this, it is suggested that English teachers should transform their teaching methods and ideas, advocate student-centeredness, train students' ability in evaluation and supervision, improve students' ability of using metacognitive strategy, and thus help more students improve English ability.
