环保产业发展水平评价及区域差异研究——以苏州市为例

EVALUATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT LEVEL AND REGIONAL DIFFERENCE: TAKING SUZHOU AS EXAMPLE

从基础支持、产业效益、发展潜能3个子系统出发,构建了环保产业发展水平综合评价指标体系。在此基础上运用主成分分析法对苏州市环保产业发展水平进行测算,计算出各地区在4个主成分上的得分及综合得分,并通过排序、归类、综合评价,比较了各类地区环保产业发展水平。研究结果表明:工业园区环保产业发展水平居各市区之首,张家港、昆山次之,姑苏区、吴中区发展居后。最后从产业规模、技术、资金等角度提出了苏州市环保产业未来发展的思路与对策。

Based on three subsystems,including basic support,industrial benefits and development potential,this paper built up a comprehensive index system of development level of environmental protection industry. Applying the method of principal component analysis for Suzhou＇s four cities and six districts,this paper calculates the scores of each area and the synthesis scores of the four main components,and ranked respectively and classified regionally. Development level of environmental protection industry in each area was given a comprehensive evaluation and comparison. The results showed that the industrial park＇s environmental protection industry development level ranked first in each city,Zhangjiagang City in the second,Kunshan City in the third,Gusu and Wuzhong districts obviously lagged behind the other areas. Finally,this paper put forward suggestions and countermeasures for the future development from the industrial scale,technology,funds,adjust measures to local conditions,etc.
