摘要
本文介绍了LPG船用低温钢板FH36的试制。通过采用低碳高锰、超低磷硫控制、LF+VD复合精炼和夹杂物形态控制的纯净钢冶炼技术,轧制大压下技术和控制冷却技术,保证钢板的低温冲击和焊接性能。其结果表明:低温-80℃在1/4位置冲击功达到150J以上;强度,低温下CTOD的断裂韧性符合船用钢板标准要求;质量稳定,能够很好的满足船用低温钢板的使用要求。
This thesis introduces the trial production of low temperature FH36 plates for LPG ship. To guarantee low temperature impact toughness and weld-ability, we adopted pure smelting technology consisted of low carbon high manganese chemical composition, ultra-low sulfur and phosphorous controlling, LF+VD combined refining and inclusion morphology controlling, large reduction rolling and controlled cooling process. And results showed that -80℃impact absorbed energy at 1/4 thickness was over 150 J, its strength and low temperature CTOD toughness satisfied requirements for shipbuilding steel. With such sound quality, it can meet the requirements for shipbuilding low temperature plates.
