摘要
含硼冷镦钢SAE10B21在拉拔后镦头成型过程中多次出现开裂,为分析造成冷镦开裂的主要原因,对冷镦开裂试样进行宏观观察、金相组织、非金属夹杂物、描电镜及能谱等检测分析。结果表明:SAE10B21镦头成型开裂的主要原因有连铸卷渣、铸坯裂纹、轧制折叠、轧制划伤、拉拔划伤等五类。
After drawing, the 10B21 cold heading boron steel cracks several times during cold heading forging process. In order to study the main cause of the cracking of the cold heading steel, the cracked cold heading samples were analyzed by macroscopic observation, microstructure test, nonmetallic inclusions inspection, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum detection. The results show that the main reasons for the cracking are slag entrapment, slab cracking, rolling folding, roiling scratches and drawing scratches.
