摘要
随着市场需求的日益细分以及汽车用户产品档次的提高,汽车板对热轧原料质量的要求也在不断提高。首钢迁钢热轧2160产线自汽车板开发以来,"氧化麻点"问题一直是制约产品质量大幅度提升的主要原因。本文主要针对热轧汽车板表面氧化麻点产生原因,并结合首钢迁钢生产实践,总结出一套有效解决氧化麻点的控制措施,使迁钢汽车板热轧工序的表面质量合格率稳定控制在95%以上。
With further segmentation of market demands and improvement of product quality, the quality requirement for hot-rolled plates is getting higher. Since the development of auto plates, detrimental scale pits has been the main issue which restricted the improvement of car plates processed in the 2160 production line of Shougang Qian'an Iron & Steel Company. In this paper, the reasons of scale pits on the surface of hot rolled auto plates were analyzed and some effective measures for this issue were summarized based on production practice and experiences. With these measures, surface quality passing rate are stably controlled over 95%.
