摘要
本文介绍了阳春新钢铁在120 t顶底复吹转炉的基础上,通过依托智能管控系统、调整废钢加入量稳定返矿加入、结合C-O曲线、细化终点控制、制定相关管理制度及降低出钢温度,通过半年的时间,转炉终点命中率由原来的55.6%提高到现在的70%以上。
This paper introduces Yangchun Steel's practice to improve end-point hit rate of its 120 t combined blown converter. Relying on intelligent control system, adjusting the scrap steel to stabilize ore amount, formulating relevant management system based on C-O curve and end point control refinement, and reducing tapping temperature, the end-point hit rate of the converter was enhanced from 55.6% to more than 70% now through production practice for half a year.
