On MAG Welding of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and Q235B

摘要 通过对不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti与碳钢Q235B的焊接性能及力学性能分析研究,掌握了该类异种钢焊接的基本焊接性。试验数据分析表明,选用合理的焊接工艺,采用熔化极气体保护焊,选用φ1.2焊丝AWSA5.9 ER308L,运用了合理的焊接规范,可获得良好的焊缝机械性能,实际应用中取得良好效果。 By studying the weld-ability and mechanical properties of 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel and Q235B carbon steel, the welding performance of this kind of dissimilar steel welding is understood. Test data analysis shows that with reasonable welding process, such as MAG welding, 61.2 wire AWS A5.9 ER308L and rational welding specifications, good mechanical properties of the weld can be obtained with good results in practical application.
