红景天苷抗衰老和抗氧化药理机制研究新进展 被引量:23

摘要 红景天是珍稀野生药材,红景天苷作为红景天的主要有效成分,具有显著的抗衰老和抗氧化的药理作用。经查阅并总结近3年国内外相关文献,发现前人研究主要集中在神经系统、心血管系统和皮肤等方面,具体药理机制涉及PI3K/Akt/GSK-3β、PI3K/Akt/Nrf2/HO-1、SIRT1/NF-κB、c AMP/PKA/CREB、NOX2/ROS/MAPKs及自噬等方面。因此,本综述对试图更深入研究红景天苷药理机制、利用通路靶点研发新药的研究人员有重要意义。 Rhodiola is a rare wild medicinal material.Salidroside is the main effective component of Rhodiola and has significant anti-aging and anti-oxidant pharmacological effects. After reviewing and summarizing the recent 3-year rel- ative research at home and abroad, we found that studies mainly involved nervous system, cardiovascular system, skin and other aspects. The specific pharmacological mechanisms involved PI3K/Akt/GSK-313,PI3K/Akt/Nrf2/HO-1, SIRTI/ NF-KB, cAMP/PKA/CREB, NOX2/ROS/MAPKs, autophagy and so on. In conclusion, this review is of great significance for researchers who try to further researeh pharmacological mechanisms of salidroside and take use of targeted pathways to develop new drugs.
